4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 tbsp. dejon mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup club crackers, crushed
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Pound each chicken breast between waxed paper to 1/4 " thick.
In one bowl combine the butter, mustard, garlic powder, salt & pepper. In second bowl combine the crushed crackers and parmesan cheese.
Dip each chicken breast into the mustard mixture, coating both sides then dip into cracker mixture.
Place on a baking sheet sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes.
