1 (10 0z) Pkg Frozen Raspberries, Thawed
1/2 C Currant Jelly
1 Tbs Cornstarch
1 Tbs Butter
3/4 C Orange Juice
Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan mix 3/4 cup of the raspberies with the jelly and bring to a boil over med/high heat. Reduce the heat to medium. In a bowl combine the remaining raspberries with the corn starch and add to sauce pan cook stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the butter. Coll mixture and then add the orange juice, refrigerate until chilled. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
