1 baguette, sliced 1/2" thick pieces
2 to 3 scallions, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 Tblsp mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl blend the scallions, parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise. Spread the mixture evenly on one side of the baguette slices. Place the bread on the cookie sheet with the mixture side facing up. Broil for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
