16 oz. thick cut bacon
brown sugar
black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Place a cookie cooling rack inside a rimmed cookie sheet (so bacon fat rendered can drip into the pan). Lay strips of bacon on rack. Sprinkle brown sugar and black pepper over bacon. Bake in 350º oven until bacon is fully cooked.
