2 1/4 c. milk or soy-milk
1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
1 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 eggs, beaten (or egg re-placer- & can omit)
1/3 c. Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk over oats and let stand for 5 minutes. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients, eggs and oil to oats mixture, stirring until combined. Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake out on a hot lightly greased griddle. When bubbles break, turn to other side.
