1 qt. mayo
3 tsp. sugar and vinegar to taste
1 small onion grated

Directions:

Cook the potatoes until soft, peel and slice thin.
In a large bowl, mix potatoes with mayo, sugar,vinegar, onion and salt and pepper to taste.
