1 large head of cabbage
1 small bell pepper chopped
2 Tsp of chopped onion
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp of garlic salt
1/2 tsp of celery seed
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of pineapple (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop or shred the cabbage into slaw, add chopped bell pepper and onion. Sprinkle the celery seed and sugar over the vegetables and mix well, add the pineapple and mix again. Set aside for about 15 minutes, the cabbage will start to juice. Add the mayonnaise, you want just enough to coat the cabbage, but not dry. Salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Taste for sweetness and adjust seasoning to your personal taste.
