lb. sunflower seeds
1 lb. coleslaw mix
2 pkgs. Ramen Oriental Noodle Soup Mix, crumble
3 to 4 scallions OR 1 small onion
4 oz. slivered almonds (optional)
1 T. cider vinegar
4 T. plus 4 tsp. sugar
2 packets oriental mix (from above soup mix)
12 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Then in a small bowl, whisk together the last four ingredients. Pour the whisked mixture over the noodle mixture. Toss & refrigerate overnight.
