1 pkg. - frozen broccoli & cauliflower blend, chopped
1 jar - Cheez Whiz
1 sticks - butter, melted
1 can - cream of chicken soup
1 can - cream of mushroom soup
1 c. - Minute Rice, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Soften Cheez Whiz in microwave (slowly - approx. 20 sec). Melt butter in microwave. Whisk these 2 together and then add the 2 cans of soup. Now add the frozen broccoli & cauliflower blend and the rice. Mix everything together. Spray the bottom & sides of a glass 2 qt. casserole dish with Pam. Pour the rice mixture in the dish and cook covered for approximately 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 30 minutes. Take out of oven and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
