1 chuck or English roast
2 cup celery chopped
1 large onion
salt
6 large potatoes cubed
1 large can chopped tomatoes
1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Place cubed (1 inch) roast in large pot with chopped onion, celery, enough water to cover, and 2 tsp salt. Cook 35 minutes then add potatoes. When meat is tender add mixed vegetables or drained corn. Add tomato juice or puree if soup needs more liquid.
