12 large fresh mushrooms
2 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp chopped parsley
6 thin slices ham, chopped very fine
1/4 cup white wine
1/3 to 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms, removing and reserving stems. Chop stems, green onions, ham, and garlic and saute. Add parsley, white wine, bread crumbs and salt and pepper. Set mushrooms in a baking dish and fill the centers of each with the filling mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until tops look browned.
