6 -oz. spaghetti cooked
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c grated- parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 c cottage cheese
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c 1 can diced tomatoes1 c 6oz. tomato paste
2 tsp. Italian dressing 1/4 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. finely shredde mozzarella cheese

preheat ovento 350 degrees Lightly grease 10in. pie pan, or quichedish;set aside. in a large bowl mix toss hot spaghetti with butter. Stir in eggs and parmesan
cheese. form mixture into pie crust in pie plate.in a large pie .Spread cottage cheese over top.In a large
skillet cook beef,and bell pepper oil,until meat is brown and vegetables are tender; Drain fat, Stir in undrained tomatoes tomato paste, Italian seasoning
and garlic Heat through. Spead beef mixture over cottage cheese Bake 20 minutes,. sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 55 minutes more or until cheese melts.
