1 pound ground beef
3 or 4 small zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/4 c Bisquick
2 c spaghetti sauce
1 c Bisquick
1 c small curd creamed cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2. Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Place zucchini slices in single layer in baking dish;sprinkle with 1/4 c biscuit mix. top with beef and spaghetti sauce. Mix 1 c baking mix, the cottage cheese and egg until soft dough forms; spread over sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

High altitude directions (3500 to 6500 feet): heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake about 35 minutes.
