1 1/2 lbs of new red potatoes well scrubbed
Salt
Water
1/4 cup of butter
1 Tsp of fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp of garlic salt
1/4 tsp of fresh ground pepper
1 Tsp of fresh chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salt water until tender (about 15 -20 minutes) drain and dry on the stove (by shaking over low heat uncovered after draining) Mix the melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, and seasoning and pour over potatoes, toss and serve.
