9 inch pie crust

Fresh peaches peeled and cut in half or canned peach halves.

3/4 c whipping cream
3/4 c sugar
3 T flour
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place peach halves in pie crust, round side up. Combine sugar and flour and gradually mix in cream. Pour cream mixture over peaches and sprinkle generously with cinnamon.

Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees and reduce temperature to 325 degrees. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes more until pie cream is set.
