Combine in shallow pan:
6 c rhubarb
1 c sugar

Topping:
1 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c margarine
Blend together until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Bake until bubbly and rhubarb is tender.

Rhubarb does not always get a lot of applause and often needs a sweet additive to get any attention at all. Since it's high in calcium and vitamin C, with a measurable amount of iron, good recipes like this one from Aunt Louise are appreciated.
