3 chicken breast cooked
skinned, boned and shredded
6 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
6 green onions sliced thin
2 pkg.uncooked top roman noodles
1 lg head cabbage, very thinly shredded


DRESSING:
4 Tbsp sugar or Splenda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
6-9 Tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar start with 6 if you need more add as needed

Toss salad ingredients together lightly pour dressing (use enough to make every thing covered) over salad toss good let stand for several hours or over night to let flavors blend and noodles get soft. You can use a whole children, boil, and bone it and shred. Can use almonds, pine nuts or sunflower seeds (your choice)
