6 center-cut loin pork chops (1 1/2 inches thick)
1/3 c seasoned bread crumb
3 tbsp oil
1 clove garlic
1 chicken-bouillon cube
1 c boiling water
4 medium onions, peeled and sliced
6 tbsp vinegar
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 pkgs frozen broccoli, thawed
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
hot fluffy rice

Directions:
About 1 1/2 hours before dinner: Coat chops with crumbs. In
large skillet, heat oil and garlic; in it saute chops until golden
brown on both sides. remove garlic and excess fat. Turn
heat low. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water, then add to
chops with onions, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Simmer,
covered, 1 hour or until fork tender, turning once.

Uncover skillet, lay broccoli around chops, cover, boil 5
minutes. Uncover; remove chops to heated platter. If desired
blend cornstarch with 3 tbsp water; gradually stir into broth in
skillet until thickened. Pour sauce over chops; arrange
broccoli around them. Serve with rice.
