1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, 1 c. fresh bread crumbs, 1 diced onion, 1 lightly beaten egg,1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 2 8 oz. each cans tomato sauce, 3 T. vinegar, 3 T. brown sugar, 2 T. Dijon mustard, 2 T. Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 c. water to thin if necessary

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 c. tomato sauce. Form mixture into a loaf and place in the middle of a shallow pan ( you can use a loaf pan if you want to ). Stir together the remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire and the water if too thick. Pour this sauce over the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour basting every 15 minutes with pan juices.

Put liquid ingredients in a bowl before dry ingredients. They will blend better.
