2 c. self rising flour, 4 T. mayo, 1 c. milk, 1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Mixture will be gooey. Spoon into a lightly greased muffin pan. Bake at 425 for 16-18 minutes.

I have never been a fan of mayo but these biscuits are light and fluffy and you don't even taste the mayo!
