1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cream of tarter
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and ingredients together until it forms a ball in cold water.

Add 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 cups walnut halves.

Cool on wax paper
