2 c condensed cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 c chopped fresh parsley
1 can (7oz) pimiento
2 c (oz) tuna
1 can peas (or 1c frozen)
pkg refrigerated biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, chopped onion, poultry seasoning and parsley in a baking dish. Add pimiento, cut in half-inch pieces, tuna oil and tuna broken into chunks and peas; mix gently. Heat in a hot oven 425º for about 20 minutes, until bubbling hot. Arrange a border of slightly overlapping biscuits on tuna mixture and continue baking until the biscuits are browned and done, 10 to 15 minutes.
