1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion
1/2 c. milk
4 stalks celery (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large can of chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion, & celery. Combine with soups and noodles. Season to taste. Place in buttered casserole and bake at 350 oven.
