Apple Crisp Recipe

Mix of the following ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. sliced apples
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

3/4 c. quick oatmeal
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix sugar, apples, flour and salt in buttered baking dish. Dot with butter and cinammon (if desired). Combine and crumble topping ingredients. Place on top of apples. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
