1 1/2 lbs Beef round steak (about 3/4" thick)
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1-2 Canned Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 clove garlic
Soft tortillas
Shredded Cheese or Sour Cream if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from meat and cut into large chunks. Place meat in the Crock Pot with the undrained tomatoes, onions, chipotle peppers, oregano, cumin and garlic.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

Remove meat from the Crock Pot and pull the meat into shreds with a fork. Serve meat with liquid from Crock Pot wrapped in the tortilla shells. Add cheese and/or sour cream if desired.
