2 quarts of apple cider
2 cup of cranberry juice
1/2 cup of brown sugar
3 broken cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
1/2 tsp of allspice
1/4 tsp of mace
1 large orange cut into thin slices

Combined all of the above ingredients in a large crock pot and cover and cook on high for 1 hour and turn down to low and continue to cook for about 4 hours.
