2 sticks of butter
2 cups of brown sugar packed
1/2 cup of white sugar
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla
2 gallon of popped corn (popcorn)

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan melt the butter and add the sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Add the soda and the vanilla, Stir and pour over the popped corn in a large dish pan so that it can be stirred to coat the kernels. Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake in a 250º oven for 1 hour. Stirring every 15 minutes. You can add peanuts to the syrup if you desire before you spread on corn.
