Sauce:
1 Cup chopped Celery
1 cup catsup
1/2 Cup chopped Green Pepper
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Cup chopped Onion
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 Cup Crisco
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 lb hamburger
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Mix the sauce ingredients together. In a large skillet, cook celery, pepper and onions in Crisco İfor 1 minute. Add hamburger and brown. Add sauce and let simmer for 30-35 minutes.
