2 C. Flour
2 T. Sugar
2 Blocks Butter of Margarine (softened)

2 Boxes Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
3 C. Milk
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)

Bananas
1 container frozen whipped topping (defrosted)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl cut butter into flour & sugar mixture with 2 knives until it becomes crumbly, like shortbread (which it actually is). Dump into 9x13 pan, spread evenly and press down firmly all around. Bake for 20 min. Remove and cool. Slice bananas into pan covering entire bottom (thickness will depend on how much you like bananas). In a separate bowl combine milk, pudding mix and cream cheese using an electric beater for a few min. until it becomes thick like pudding. Pour into pan covering entire area. Add whipped topping to the whole thing and refrigerate for 2 hours.
