6 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 lb. butter (softened)
2 C. flour
- Filling -
2 C. pecans (chopped)
3 eggs
3 T. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, butter and flour. Set aside. This is your crust. Mix filling ingredients.
Your going to need tart pans which are about 1/3 the size of regular muffin pans. Spray pans with pam or use paper inserts. Roll dough into little balls and place in pan. Tamp with a pastry/tart tamper. Fill with 1 T. of filling. Bake at 350º for 30 min.

If you don't have a tamper, god forbid, you can use a fancy rounded wine stopper or anything that will fit. You don't want to push all the dough out, just make enough room for the filling.
