2 cups mozzarella or parmesan
6 medium tomatoes
3 pieces of ham, diced
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil (drizzled)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops of tomatoes scoop out half of the pulp and seeds (it will end up looking like a cup). Invert tomatoes onto a plate or paper towel to let drain for 15 minutes. Arrange tomatoes cup side up onto a greased pan. Place equal amounts of ham into each tomatoe cup. Drizzle oil over tomatoes. Add oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to each cup. Top each with cheese and bake at 375ºF to 400ºF for 25 minutes.
