1 box Lemon Supreme (Duncan Hines) cake mix,
1 box instant lemon pudding,
3/4 c. water,
3/4 cup Crisco Oil,
4 eggs,
1 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased and floured bundt cake pan. Give bowl and beaters to small screaming children or spouse. Bake @ 350º for 1 hour. 10 minutes before baking time is up, heat 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice and 1 c. confectioners sugar together. Pour over cake evenly and finish baking. Cool in pan at least 20 minutes then invert on cake plate. Grab a slice and a glass of milk and enjoy!

My mother used to make this cake for my brother and me, not only would she give us the bowl and beaters she would always give us each a small bowl of the mix. That was my favorite part!
