2 large avocados
4 canned peeled chopped green chile peppers.
1 clove of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp cilantro chopped finely
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and seed avocados. Mash one in the bowl with fork, chop the other. Mix in chile, garlic, cilantro, and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate before serving. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves: 8-10; Prep: 15 min.
