2 lbs of fish ( fillets) cod, perch, trout, whiting.
2 green peppers sliced thin
2 onions sliced
1/2 cup of butter melted
2 Tsp of lemon juice
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of paprika
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut heavy duty aluminum foil in about foot square pieces. Spray with non-stick spray. Place the fish portions on the foil, top each one with green peppers and onion. Combined remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bring the foil up on each one and fold over into a cuff. Bring ends up and form a cuff and seal all edges. Place packages on the grill and cook over low flame for about 60 minutes or until fish flakes when tested.
