1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

Cut fish into serving size pieces. Place in a greased 11x7x2 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish; bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
