Spinach leaves, cut up
1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts or sunflower seeds
1 small can mandarin oranges
crumbled crisp bacon

Dressing:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. bacon drippings

Cook until thick. Cool and serve on spinach salad.
