2 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp.baking powder
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 to 1 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening together. Add well beaten eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix in salt, soda and baking powder. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time until you reach desired thickness. Knead with flour, roll out and cut with cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes.
