Ingredients: 1 pound box of Macaroni Shells prepared according to package directions and drained 1/2 box of Velveeta Cheese cubed into bite-sized pieces 1 cup of butter or margarine 1/2 package of shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 package of shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese 1/2 package of shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup of Parmesan Cheese Milk Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:Preheat oven to 400º. Boil macaroni according to package directions and drain. Spray large glass baking dish with Pam for easy clean up. Place cooled macaroni in the bottom of the pan. Place cubed Velveeta cheese evenly over the top of the macaroni. Spread the Parmesan cheese over the top. Add enough milk to cover the macaroni just until it is covered, not drowning. Sprinkle the shredded cheeses over the top and bake until cheese on top starts to brown well. Mine usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Watch it carefully so it does not burn during cooking. Remove pan from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes prior to serving to allow milk and cheeses to set. |

Notes: This is a huge favorite at all dinners. I have been requested numerous times to make it for weddings and special dinners at church. It's not cheap to make but it's delicious and people come back for thirds, and fourths. Adjust the recipe to your liking. Some people don't like too much cheese and some people like more.
