2 medium tomatoes cut up
1 small onion quartered
2 pickled jalapeno peppers cut up
1 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander leaves
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
In covered blender on low speed, blend all ingredients until chopped. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with restaurant style salsa chips. Yields 1 cup.

This recipe was given to me by Pat Ashmore. Pat and Larry were personal friends of the owners of Lalo's and got this recipe from the owners before the restaurant was closed.
