Ingredients:  
4 - 5 potatoes
Small onion
3 - 4 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes and cook with onion, seasoning, and a little water. Cook until done. You can either mash them or leave them as they are. Put in the milk and margarine and when margarine melts. Enjoy.
