1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Molasses
2 Cup Sweet or Sour Milk
1 tsp. Salt
2 Cup Graham (or wheat) flour
1 Cup White Flour (may need a little more)
1 tsp. Soda
1 - 2 Cup Raisins

Directions:

Stir sugar and molasses. Add milk and dry ingredients.

Bake at 325 for 1 hour or more til very firm. Turn upside down and let cool til falls out of pan. Makes 1 long or 2 regular loaves.

Got this recipe in 1984 from an 80 year old New Hampshire man that I was taking care of. This was an old family recipe.
