Ingredients:  
5 Quarts of apples; peel - core - cut into little pieces
4 Cups Sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into crock pot and cook all day (or overnight). Stir occasionally, Let cool and put in jars. No water is needed.
