1 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 cups Vernors
Mix together ingredients. Thirty minutes before ham is done, pour off drippings. Score surface in crisscross fashion across top of ham. Brush glaze over the top and continue cooking for 30 more minutes.
This is Guy's recipe. It's very delicious and Chrissy demands it every Thanksgiving and Christmas.
