3 8-oz. packages cream cheese
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 package oreo cookies (any flavor)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Insert one oreo cookie into cupcake liner. Cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, add eggs, and mix until blended. Fill large pastry bag fitted with tip#1M with cream cheese mixture. Squeeze cream cheese mixture into each cupcake liner. Fill to top (mixture will rise when baking and then fall when cool). Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool. Decorate with a swirl of chocolate chips, crushed oreo cookies, only your imagination can stop you. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
