Juice of One Lemon
1/4 Cup sugar
1 Well Beaten Egg

Pastry from Blueberry Squares Recipe - Increase to 2 1/2 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grind one package raisins, juice of one lemon, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 well beaten egg. Fill pastry with this mixture.

Cook 20 to 25 minutes at 350

Use old cookie sheet to be sure bottom is cooked.

This is Grammy Wheeler's recipe. The recipe card has shorthand for the cooking time, so I made some assumptions based on the other Square Recipes. We are not sure what the difference is from this and the raisin square recipe.
