1 round rye bread
1 cup beer
3 rolls nippy cheese (Kraft) - ((3 8oz. sharp cheddar cheese - grated))
1 wedge small Roquefort cheese (2.5-4 oz.)
½ tsp. tabasco sauce
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ onion grated
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat beer and cool.
Add beer to remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Hollow out bread and serve dip in bread bowl with bread cubes.
