5-6 Split Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
1 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 tsp of onion salt
1 tsp of paprika
2 Tsp of rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp of coarse ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the marinade ingredients and place chicken in a glass container and pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure that the pieces are all coated well. Cover and place in refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Always remove meat from refrigerator 20 - 30 minutes before grilling. Grill on low for about 30 minutes on each side or until the chicken is nicely browned and the juices run clear when chicken is pierced.

Mom would serve this with her potatoes in foil on the grill.
On a piece of foil lay 4 strips of bacon flat and then sliced raw potatoes over the bacon salt and pepper to taste and 4 more slices of bacon, seal foil and grill, turning frequently until potatoes are done.
