6 2 to 2 1/2 inch steaks ( Porter house or NY strips or Rib)
1/3 cup of bourbon
3/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce ( other steak sauces will work)
6 cloves of garlic crushed
coarse ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Place steaks in a glass Bowl or dish. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over meat. Cover with a tight fitting lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, turning several times. Make sure you remove the steaks from the refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes before cooking. Your steaks will cook better at room temperature, rather than very cold.
Grill steaks over a hot fire:
2 minutes on each side for rare.
3 minutes on each side for medium rare.
4 minutes on each side for medium.

This depends on the thickness of your steaks. Never salt your steaks before or during grilling. If you want to add salt wait until you are ready to take them off of the grill.
