1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. canola oil
3 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in bowl with fork. Form into ball. Wet counter with sponge and place a sheet of wax paper. Place dough and another sheet of wax paper. Roll dough between sheets of wax paper with rolling pin. Place in pie plate and finish edges as desired. For baked crust, bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350° after using a fork to poke holes in bottom.
