1 package frozen chopped spinach
1 - 8 oz. container cottage cheese
3/4 c. cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 stick margarine or butter
3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost and drain spinach by pressing in colander. Cut cheese and margarine in cubes. Beat eggs, add spinach, cheese, margarine, cottage cheese and flour. Mix after each addition. Spoon into greased casserole and bake at 350 for one hour.
